Can anyone identify this part? (Coolant leak)

I have a coolant leak and I'm trying to figure out the name of this part
so I can purchase it. In the photo "arrow 1" points to the hose that
the coolant is leaking from. "Arrow 2" points to the part the hose is
connected to. It's seems I should replace the hose and part, if only
hose can be replaced please let me know. Thanks in advance!
