We have a Honda civic 2009. The reply is good the pressure is good. When you turn the AC on the fan turns on but not the compressor

  The freon level is good. Does have an idea on what can be

First check the fuse and the relay. To rule the clutch out as a problem you can energize it by finding the one wire connection going to it and attach an wire from it (on the compressor clutch) to the positive on the battery, you should hear it click when it engages. If you decide to test it again but with the engine running take every precaution and be safe!
