No such thing! But, the higher the speed rating typically the quality of the tire improves.. Have the largest recommend Tire (on the sticker located on door pillar) in the highest speed rating you can locate installed. Read, Honda forums (for hours on end) where people argue over which manufactures "super tire" in their MIND is best.
A higher speed rating, technically, would equal a safer tire, but, how fast can you really go especially without getting pulled over? There's some WRX STI Subaru cars that can exceed 150 mph, and if you don't have the speed rating for that, the tires would be unsafe. Most normal speed ratings are around 118. Your Honda probably won't even go 118.
