My 2009 Lincoln MKX acts like there isn't a battery in it? The first time this happened it worked after about 1hr? Ford service manager thinks we have a bad cellinthe battery?

The battery seems fine after the first time this is the second time this has happened. Will
have car towed in to Ford don't want to try starting again in case it starts I want the dealer
to see if the computer kicks up a code.
