as the question outlined.  Suspect something is getting wet and not sure if the
A/C clutch is engaging.

I would check the compressor electrical connections and use dielectric grease to seal out moisture.

My Avalon does this; when wet, a/c light flashes. Turning a/c off, then on, resumes cold air.
