CAN i TOW A 2009 4X4 DODGE DAKOTA WITH A TWO WHEEL DOLLY BY
PUTTING THE FRONT UP ON THE DOLLY

You would need to remove the rear drive shaft if the truck is automatic. If you can put the transfer case in neutral then you won't have a problem.

Yes you will. Remove front drive shaft and rear. Otherwise you will still turn the mileage guage and gain miles
