2009 ford f150 4.6

Ive been working on this f150 for about a month now  the 20 amp fuese for the
fuel rely swtich keeps blowing everytime i try to spin it over have replaces the
mode on the frame where the spare tire is. And the fuse still keeps blowing
anyone know whatis causing this im at my wits ends

I would look for a shorted/damaged wire. Use a multimeter to test the wires.
