Open headers. I know you need full exhaust. Here is some issues to work out, too loud is or is not legal where you drive? Go to a custom exhaust shop and have it built from scratch as the bolt ons leave you with possible leak issues in the future, a welded exhaust is a must to sound good and keep fumes out of cabin.

I want to order a direct fit bolt on tomorrow night. Also there is a loudness issue where I live but I don't really care. I'll be quiet around cops. I just want whatever the best full exhaust is that I can buy online and will fit without modification.

Could you link me to the cheapest headers that would do the job? Would be much appreciated

The Borla kit can be purchase form other dealers selling them. I just looked at it {Cat Back Exhaust - S Type Series} and its $559.99- 899.99 depending on how you order it AKA your Sub Model Highest being the WRX sub model, this is for the non turbo model. Headers alone will double that cost so $700 will not get you headers but you will have the sound you want just not as much of the power that comes along with that good sound. You can always add the headers latter on in life when funds permit, and as a note try not to add anything that includes the needed computer tune as this will be a never ending cycle of tunes and high cost and loose the reliability needed for street use, it may be fine for racing and and a laptop connected to computer and make changes on the fly but otherwise is cost prohibited and you will need the education to do this.

I looked at Summit and another and the cost basically were the same for Borla. Now the headers in stainless is as much as the rest of the exhaust kit up to 3 times the cost so I do not think headers will be an option unless go walk junk yards like pull-a-part for them and find a set and sell it to you scrap metal price like they do everything else.

I kept saying headers and set but this is just partly slang as the pipes are plural but the header is not. So better said {Header} exhaust manifold.

There are other exhaust makers and the header are high either way. Borla has been world renown for long time and top of the list. I have good faith in GReddy Performance Products too. Check theirs out too, For different makes & models, theirs can sound better or different and may make more power. So its user preference. I like GReddy for Honda's
