2009 subaru impreza not starting

Asked by Preston Nov 03, 2018 at 09:43 AM about the 2009 Subaru Impreza 2.5i Hatchback

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi! I have a 2009 subaru impreza 2.5i, this morning
I tried installing a aftermarket radio and it worked
fine for about 10 minutes then it started getting a
little distorted and it randomly turned off, I then
tried turning the car on and it wouldn't start or
crank, I checked the battery and let it change for a
bit and it still wouldn't start. The dash lights turn on
and I hear clicking when I turn the key. Could it be a
blown fuse? I have a sst viper 7752v security
installed if this affects it

Undo the hacking you did to the radio wiring and it may start. It has to be something you messed with.
