My car is making a very Loud high pitched sound when foot isn't in the accelerator, what can it be?

It's an 09 Audi a4 , when my foot
isn't in the gas pedal it makes an
extremely  loud noise from the
outside to the point where everyone
inside their cars or out on the streets
can hear and it happens as soon as
the car is on and not being
accelerated.
