09 ford ranger 2.3 l manual trans

My ranger is feeling its age.front
box mounts rusted out,front
suspension needs tlc,front brakes
also one speaker works for
radio,needs new exhaust.so
having mentioned all of the
above,is it even worth trying to sell
and if i do try to sell it what price
should i ask im thinking 8-900$
