My 2009 F150 lost all electrical

My left turn signal bulb went out. I replaced it and everything started blinking and then went dead. I replaced battery today as well as all 4 rear tail lights. Still nothing. What fuse would cause everything to go dead??

My uneducated answer would be that whatever caused the bulb to go out initially is still giving you a problem..thus bulb replacement won't help. Try checking the bulb socket to see if there is a short possibly...could have made the bulb go out in the first place and also continue to affect your situation. Just a thought.
