I have a 2009 F1 50 with electric fan clutch I want to take the factory fans off
at 2010 and put them on that same 2009 if I do that and plug-in the wiring
where the electric fan clutch plugs into well it function the same and make the
fans work

The plug shouldn't be the same, if it is the electric clutch and e-fans work differently and get different signals

The electric clutch power demand may be different than the cooling fan power draw which could mean different wiring, fuses and relays.

"If I take the electric fan clutch off and put electric fans on will it pop a check engine light" Disconnect the clutch and take if for a trial drive and see.

I did a little more research and if your truck has a fan speed sensor you will get a trouble code unless there is a way to wire it up to the electric fans.
