Possible causes are: low on engine oil, incorrect engine oil type, overadvanced timing or internal damage. I would recommend that you take your vehicle to a trusted mechanic and have it properly evaluated.

If you're lucky it's a problem with the gasoline. Did you recently purchase some from a place you normally do not? If it's timing it can be easily fixed. Same for low oil or incorrect type. If it is mechanical inside the engine it will be expensive.
