Sorry, just noticed "grill" Either replace the grille, many available without star, or use a small saw to cut out the three legs of the star. https://www.ebay.com/b/Grilles-for-2010-Mercedes-Benz-GLK350/33645/bn_92564860

You might also be able to snap it out, it looks like a separate part that clips in to the grille as one piece
