2009 land rover lr2 battery drained

Has anyone installed a kill switch to mitigate the
battery from draining?

Took it to 3 different shops. Paid over $1000 dollars total. I still have to hook it up at night to a charger. Land Rover LR2. No one can determine the problem. Once left it a week. This site seems to have several people with the same problem. I have owned 2 other Land Rover Discoverys --no problems like this.
