I want to check the ABS fuse on a 2010 Pontiac Vibe.  Manual says it's #4 fuse
but that fuse is in a link box.  How do you get in to it?

I know where it is. It's under the hood. The ABS fuse in in a "fuse link" box that is held in by two straps that are molded in to the plastic housing. I wanted to know if there was a better way to get to the fuses without cutting these seemingly permanant straps.
