Tire is slanted

How do I adjust my front passenger side
tire. The bottom of it look correct to the
drive side. The top of it though is slanted in
to my suspension.

its possible your camber is off, take it (safely) to a tire shop and see if they can check your alignment. It's also possible wheel bearing is damaged.

Take it to an alignment shop and get it aligned. They will tell you if any parts are worn and require replacement.
