Consumer Reports show a better than average rating for the entire 2010 Mazda line. For prices in your area, use KBB.com and Edmunds.com

The 5 speed semi/auto transmission is the worst... It sometimes kicks like a donkey between 3/4 and 2/3. If you put it in manual and you stress it too much (and this is coming not only from me, but from other 5 guys I know) it'll overheat and shutdown. I love my Mazda 3, but the only thing I regret is the transmission....
