Hard to shift into 1st and 2nd gear while car rollar

Hi
I have a toyota avensis 2010 model with 2.0 diesel
engine. It have shifting problem in cold weather
when tempreture below 4°.
It is hard to shift into 1st and 2nd gear while driving
and i change gear box oil with toyota orginal gear
oil but still it have the same problem. It easier  to
shift if i keep press the clutch pedal for 4 sec and it
gets better when the car is completly warm.

This is part of living in a cold climate. I don't know the spec of the gear oil you use but you might try a good synthetic oil.

I used the toyota recommended oil SAE 75W. I have checked the mesterclynder as well but looks fine
