2010 toyota corolla radio comes on but text off and unable to change to another station

radio comes on but no text and unable to change station just the one its currently on

My best suggestion is study the owners manual. In the 'Audio Controls" section, copied from there is: "f the system does not respond to a touch of a touch screen button, move your finger away from the screen and then touch it again. D You cannot operate dimmed touch screen buttons. D Wipe off fingerprints on the surface of the display using a glass clean- ing cloth

Or see Page 12 in link below. If you have steering wheel controls, or if you have an MP3 or any of the small music storage devices plugged in, unplug them first.
