Elevation/Air Intake

I have a 2010 Toyota Corolla S and I just moved from VT at under 1000' to Flagstaff at
7000'. Since elevation can affect a vehicles performance and power due to lack of oxygen  
would changing the air intake bring me back to my usual performance? and is that
something that can be done by a computer or would I have to buy a new air intake.

anu idea where the fuses would be? I'm not looking for a lot of power just what I had
