Chain rattle at Cold Start

I own a 2010 Toyota Camry SE 4 cylinder it has 120k miles and I always have a chain rattle at cold start only.  What could it be? I want to get it looked at before it gets worse. Any ideas on what it could be???

The chain could be stretched out or the tensioner could be worn (or both). If the rattle is bad you should replace the chain, guides and tensioner. Some rattle at startup is nothing to worry about. Have a mechanic evaluate it.
