Camry loses speed on hill

My car accelerate fine on flat road. Then if a uphill
comes the rpm climbs to 3000 rpm but my speed
starts to drops. Oh and it stays at 3000 rpm until o
release the gas or the road becomes even again.
There is no check engine light. The transmission
fluid is fine. The car is a 2010 camry.

What engine? Your engine speed goes up to give you the additional power need to go up hills. If you push on the gas more you should be able to go faster up hills. 4,000 rpm is OK and higher engine speeds are just fine when passing,
Engine type Mileage? When was the last time you had this vehicle serviced...tuned up?
Tune up almost every month. it has about 300,000 miles. My car loses its speed on uphill not matter how hard your press the accelerator.
I have the same exact problem with my 2010 Camry LE (345,000 miles) We have made multiple attempts to fix it but can’t figure out why it keeps happening. Please help!
