2010 Buick LaCrosse bluetooth

I just bought a 2010 Buick Lacrosse. I tried to pair my phone to the car but
when I get to the screen that says Phone and click on it, it says "Not
Available".
I found that someone had the On-star hands free phone 7.5 amp fuse out. I
put a new fuse in but no difference.
I also noticed that the USB port inside the center console doesn't start my
charger on my phone either.
Does anyone have any ideas what to try next?

Try going in to your bluetooth settings and removing the old phones that were attached to the car should be able to link after that
