auto reply that said "CG could not list my car"

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I'm new to CG and just listed my first car. Had a quick response from
customers after listing. After entering my contact information, I received an
auto reply that "CG could not list my car", and listed 4 or 5 reasons as to
why. Can anyone tell me what is going on? It seems to be connected to my
address, but I'm not sure. Now I'm in limbo altho they've already taken my
money, but I'm assuming the listing is now down and I'm getting no response
from customer service.

I did, and CS told me they couldn't explain why my listing was unacceptable. I emailed Patrick. I asked to escalate my concerns to a manager and he said he couldn't give me their contact info, but would "pass it on to them".
