2010 malibu a/c

The a/c is not blowing thru the head level vents, only thru the floor and defrost vents, could this be a blend door problem, air filter issue or does the a/c need to be recharged?

This sounds like a blend door problem, I would recommend taking it to a shop to have it looked at.
