My windows wont go up or down

I have tried taking my battery cables
off to reset it but that didnt work my
driver side is stuck down cant get it
to go up please help me how can i
reset them

So just the driver side is stuck? The window regulator, the power window motor, the wiring or the window switch has failed. You will need to remove the inner door panel to inspect and test. Then once the glass is exposed, you can then push up the window manually and use a block of wood to hold it in place until you get the parts to repair.
