All rear lights not working 2010 Lincoln mkx

All my rear lights are not working on 2010 Lincoln
MKX. Brake lights, hazard lights, tail gate light and
turning signal lights. Was told this could be a bigger
problem rather than just bulb replacement for each
of these?

Check fuse F6 and F22. (You didnt state whether the sided markers were working, F22 cintril parking and rear license plate lights. The illuminated liftgate applique is also fed off this fuse. F6 feeds rear park, stop and turn. If fuses good, I'd suspect the Smart Junction Box is failing. $75 on Ebay.
