how do I fix stuck 2010 Lincoln mkx power seat?

Stuck seat no sound when I push buttons for forward and back or up down. Lumbar still works.

Check all the fuses first and then look under the seat to see if something has got stuck in the track assembly. You might find that the wire connectors have disconnected from the seat switch some how. Do you have an extended warranty on the vehicle ?, if so use that to get it fixed by the dealer who sold you the auto. If all else fails you will have to replace the switch but check out every other way before paying for that.

I ended up taking the car back to the dealer. They disconnected the battery and reprogrammed the seat modules. Both seats are working fine now.
