Why my 2010 Chevy cobalt stalls at lights and pulling in to parking spot and my radio fades out ?

I am at a stop light my radio fades and my car almost dies, when I pull into a
parking spot, my radio fades and my car dies, it starts back up, my engine light
doesn't come on . it didn't do this till after my tire gauge SVC service button
came on, the SVC service light isn't on now. I'm scared to drive it, took to a
shop, and because the check engine isn't on, they don't know !! Did have my oil
changed, air filter, gas filter changed,

Have it scanned for trouble codes. I'm sure something is showing up. Don't change anything else until you pinpoint the problem.

Turns out my brother looked under the hood, the coils wrapped around all them wires under the hood, well they have gotten hot and have broke and about 65% of my wires is just lying on the engine. And of course it is burning the wires!! Funny thing is I ask the Chevy dealer about those coils being broke and my wires being exposed and the Chevy guy said its no big deal, those wires are made to with stand heat, ain't going to hurt anything !!! So my brother wrapped them with electrical tape and I left his home and it hasn't stalled not one time !!! I have also left the engine cover off it!
