my 2010 chevy cobalt will not move in low 1 low 2 or reverse

while putting in reverse the rpms will rev up to 1500 and thats all car does not move,same for low gears.drive runs ok a little sluggish but driveable. i changed fluid and filter,replaced pressure solenoid,still does the same .Please any body have an idea?

Sounds like your transmission is finished. Take it to a reputable transmission shop and get out your wallet.
