Front speakers and Bluetooth not working all the time

I have a 2010 Chevy Cobalt and periodically the front speakers and the Bluetooth will stop
working. My door chimes airbag chimes stop working when this occurs. It worked fine for the
first year-and-a-half that I have the car. Then I'll go out and they come on periodically with quite a
bit of time in between them working. So how do we get GM to acknowledge that this is an issue
or can we even do so?

Being 2010,not much can be done if there is and issue,i think i would try resyncing your blue tooth to it,if that does not work try resseting the PCM by removing the positive cable for about ten minutes,you will have to resync your bluetooth to it all so,if this does not help it will be in the stereo head it self,bad.
