How do I remove the knobs on a 2010 Enclave radio?

...okay WHY are we pulling the radio knobs off? possibly a drop of "krazy glue" was used in their installation~...to prevent them from being removed~

I am trying to replace the knobs because my dog chewed them to a nubbins. They don't seem to come off by pulling and I don't want to wreck them.

okay...you must PRY them off with a small prybar...get as close to the axis as you are able to butt the nose of the small prybar in~ (I've got a Japanese one from HIDA tool, co in Berkeley) this is the only thing that will help....PRYing them off now~

what kind of dog to you have?...do you still have it now? was he able to digest the polycarbonate very well?

okay with an X-acto knife start slicing in (don't hurt yourself) to create a space where you can jam a screwdriver in and twist...that should do it...(if you haven't a Japanese tool vendor nearby)~
