Car reader saying misfire bank 1

Car is idling real ruff and engin shaking, Ive changed 02
sensors maf sensor coil packs plug wires plugs and
changed the oil, is their anything else I can try, dont want to
give up on the car I have too much money in it

Could have induction fire going on Would also wreak havoc on map sensor spark jumps from one wire to another that cylinder has valve open backfires through the intake changes pressure on map sensor.
