HVAC Chevrolet Impala 2010

I have replaced both HVAC actuators in the glove compartment of my Chevrolet
Impala 2010 But I STILL have NO air flow. Will replacing the Driver's side
actuator fix this issue? I don't have any clicking noises (after replacing the 2
actuators on the passenger side). If not, what is the problem?
