How to remove headliner to replace wiring harness for interior lighting?

Interior lights kept shooting fuses. Took to dealership to fix recall, trunk that would not shut, and
interior lighting had stopped working by then and also trunk light. We were charged $500 for
the trunk latch replacement and it was going to cost another $1000 to replace wiring harness
under headliner which was burned in too by a short. I told them it was too much and asked that
the headliner be left down. well they didn't and we need this repaired. Help!!!
