Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Driver seat doesn't operate. It will not go forward or
back up or down in it is stuck in a reclined position
please help

The fuse should be ok, since your not complaining about non-working door locks. (they're both on the same fuse). I would check the underseat wiring harness, if it's ok, then you'll have to start troubleshooting - making sure you have voltage at the door switch, or at the motor. A simple low-cost voltmeter will help you with that.

My drivers seat moves forward and backward but not up and down. What do you suggest I look for to repair?

the controls for declining the seats are on the door panels...driver and passenger....moving rhe seat fwd and back is on the side of the seat...its a little weird . i think thats why so many people think something is broke lol.
