Did you have a vehicle scanned? Are any dash lights coming on? Did you take out the orange plug and didn't completely close it?

Yes we scan it and it says to change water pump so we did, we bought a new battery. And still the lights on the dashboard are all still on.

Did you replace the hy rid battery or 12v battery? After you replaced the battery and the pump, are there any codes?

Having old oil will not prevent your Prius from starting. Can you get the actual codes that the scanner shows.

I think we need to reset the computer. But we have no idea of someone that could come and do it for us. Do we can't move the car.
