Messages sent in Cargurus website are not read

I have put my Car for sale in your website. I have been contacted by multiple
buyers but when I respond back to them I am not getting a response back from
them. Also all my replies shows as unread. It looks like my messages are not
reaching the buyers. Am I doing something wrong?

I don't think these are real buyers. I'm getting notifications of messages as well, but when I open them, it only says "Jane Doe is interested in your car". Imo, if Jane Doe was really interested, she would have written something like a question about the car or asking to see it. I suspect these are either complete fakes or are people who just looked at your car (among many others), and the website tagged that as "interest" when it wasn't. I noticed that if I indicate interest in someone's car, the site automatically inputs my full name, email address, zip code and other info about me. Other than a name, I've gotten no such info about people "interested" in my car.
