Have front end noise i can't identify , replaced hub , tires , brakes , rotors , no other symptom just noise like droaning when driving no clicking no vibration

I had this too. It sounded like a piece of abs plastic was rubbing on a wheel bc it tracked with speed. Bad news - it was a fastener that came apart on the drive input to the passenger side of the transmission. It spun with the transmission until it wore a hole in my casing. Can't weld aluminum, soooo, JB Weld is a great thing. It's been on there for 3 years so far!
