On my 2005 escape, there are fuses near the passenger's feet area behind a plastic cover on the left side of the footwell. Not sure about your model or year.

On my 2005 escape, there are fuses near the passenger's feet area behind a plastic cover... left side of the footwell. Not sure about your model or year. Are you sure you have a bad fuse? The cigarette lighter on a 2005 ford escape only works if the car is started and engine is running. Then you hold the lighter in for a few seconds and it gets hot. Not sure of other year fords. Therefore, you should not plug your phone into the lighter receptacle... it will not charge if engine is off. Use the Aux port next to shifter which provides full time power on or off.
