Remote start

I just bought my daughter a 2010 Explorer Sport Trac.  It shows on the window
sticker that they paid 399 for the remote start.  However when we bought it, it
did not come with the remotes.  I purchased the remotes for it, However there
is a problem.  I have no idea how to know for sure that it has it, and how to get
it to work.  Any help would be great. 1) How do I find the remote start?            
2) How would I get it to work?

The owner's manual should provide the answer. If you do not have one, you can download the manual from a website.
