2010 Traverse LT bluetooth

I just bought a used 2010 Traverse LT. My steering
wheel has the Bluetooth button on it. When I hold
the button down it NEVER says "ready" to start
setup. Does this mean that I don't have Bluetooth?

Correct. If you press the button and your audio system does not prompt you to pair a phone, the vehicle does not have Bluetooth. In many cases the Bluetooth module can be added by a dealer.

I'm in the same situation. I pulled the window sticker up by VIN and it says I have Bluetooth connectivity. WTF?
