Poor dealer

Asked by sdsowell3 Mar 07, 2019 at 08:30 AM about the 2010 Chevrolet Traverse LTZ FWD

Question type: General

I bought a car from.a dealership. I paid cash.
They delivered the car and it was a mess. The
dealer didn't keep his word about anything.
What can i do?  I gave the dealership
a.good.grade before the car was delivered to
me in such bad shape. Carolina cars in
Concord NC.

If you didn’t get it in writing and signed off by the supervisor not the sales person you’re out of luck the sales person doesn’t speak for the dealership.

Did you inspect the car before buying? Did you sign a sales agreement before it was delivered? If so I think you are stuck. If you have specific claims in writing from the dealer you can hold them accountable.
