My ML550 keep slipping when I accelerate and brake.

My 2010 ML keeps slipping when I accelerate,
brake and turn. And its worse in rain.
The car has been eating my money so i want to
have an idea what the problem is and how much it
would cost to repair. I don't know much about cars..

Tire slip? Maybe you need good all weather tires. Summer tires can be dangerous in the wet.
