Where is my helicopter noise coming from?

Asked by Alexei Feb 10, 2015 at 06:03 PM about the 2010 Honda Fit Base

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just rotated stock tires on 2010 Honda Fit
base model. Am noticing a dull pulsating
sound between 20-40mph. At highway
speeds it goes away. Balance in wheels is
good so it must be something else. Rotation
was overdue. Could it be the bearing? 44k
miles, suburban/city driving.

One of your tires has a minor flat spot or tread issue. Only new tires will fix it. Could be a bearing also, but it is likely a tire.
