I have 2010 mazda cx7...just replaced the battery , passenger window will not go up more than 2 inches

I got something similar on a 2007 model. The passenger windows will not go down from the left driver command, but did work from the passenger command button. To fix this I held the car key button to open a few seconds. This reactive the electric glass system like a full reset.
