MAZDA6 -replacing AC Compressor

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
Hi,
My AC needs repair. Dealer told me to replace AC Compressor and quoted:
~$1000 for it ($650 parts, $300 labor),
plus AC evac and recharge $60 parts + $160 labor,
plus serpentine belt replacement $60 parts + $120 labor.
Aren't the last two done the same time as AC Compressor replacement and he should not charge me to their labor?
Thanks

I choose to buy 2006 Mazda 6 AC Compressor from HexAutoParts which only take me $95.9 after used the coupon code “SHOPHEX”, saved $5 in this order. Received this item within 3 days shipped from CA. Everything fits well now. https://www.hexautoparts.com/ac- compressor-fits-2003-2008-mazda-6-l4.html
