Oil consumption

I have a 2010 Audi A4. Has about 90k miles on it. It burns about 1qt every 800 or so miles. Is that normal? I assume it is the turbo. I am also coming up on a timing belt. My water pump leaks on the garage floor every now and then. I know the belt and water pump are due for a change around 100k. Should I change it now or wait?
That is high but if you can live with it you might get quite a few more miles out of the engine. Going to a heavier grade oil might help. You should also make sure the PCV is working properly. I would go ahead with the belt and pump.
Ok, thank you for the information. I have this spray pattern behind the exhaust pipe in my garage. It looks like soot and dried drops of wet soot. I have attached a photo. I have owned the car since 2010 with 20k miles and have always added a quart of oil per 1000 Miles. Should I be worried about the spray behind the car? Or is it no big deal?
Researching this car because I was interested in a used one for sale I came across critical reviews regarding a serious high oil consumption problem for several Audi models including the A4 that eventually resulted in a class action lawsuit. https://www.edmunds.com/audi/a4/2011/consumer-reviews/pg-2/? sorting=userRating%3Aasc I recommend researching further as Audi was subsequently made to correct the issue by providing rebuilds or reimbursement for customer paid-for repairs.
